Adolphus is a management consultant at McKinsey & Company with a specialty in delivering technology for organisational transformation. Through his consulting career, Adolphus has helped clients from various sectors achieve more sustainable growth. As Consultant @ Arcadis, he has been a forefront shaper in transforming Hong Kong’s built environment industry for re-industrialization and technological innovations at all scales.

He also had experiences working at top-notch think tanks in Hong Kong, including the Global Institute for Tomorrow and One Country Two Systems Research Institute, where he drove knowledge development efforts for social innovation and regional development strategies.

Adolphus has a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies with High Distinction from the University of Toronto.
